The Process

Initial Meeting

The first meeting usually takes one to two hours. Our primary intent is to listen to you, what your goals are for the remodel and what is important to you.

Assess needs and wants of the client

This is a more in depth assessment of what you want. We will work with you on concepts and design options to turn your vision into a plan.

Assess feasibility of the project

  • Home Owners Association regulations

Selecting materials, options and finishes

We will work with you to identify architectural changes, space planning and structural changes. We will assist in your selection of cabinetry, counter tops, appliances, plumbing materials, lighting fixtures and plans. Our goal is to make sure every detail will enhance your home, your lifestyle and your unique taste.

Contracts signed

With the information gathered, we will prepare a detailed proposal and estimate for your renovation. It will map out the project from beginning to end, with a proposed schedule from demolition to completion. An approximate budget will be established with fixed items and allowances for items not yet chosen. It is very important to us to stay within your budget.

Building permits issued where needed

Construction start

Once contracts are signed and permits are obtained, the excitement begins.

Project management

We will schedule each of the trade contractors and order materials to make sure that materials are on-site in time for their installation to keep the project on schedule and minimize the stress of your renovation. At the end of each day, we clean up to make sure that your home is as functional and comfortable as it can be.

Continuous review of progress

We believe that communication is essential to our success. We will communicate regularly on selections that need to be made, project schedule updates, and any questions or concerns you may have.

Project completion

We will make sure you are completely satisfied with your renovation.
